Meal prep and planning is HARD especially when you’re first starting off with clean eating (or 21 Day Fix). And to make it even more daunting, oftentimes as a mom, you have to make meals that everyone–including your super picky 9 year old and meat-and-potatoes husband–will like.

When I first started 21 Day Fix back in January of 2015 after having baby #2, I vowed to not only get in the best shape of my life, but to also figure out how to make clean eating a way of life for not just me but my entire family. With 21 Day Fix, I was able to do just that. It made portion control, which I’d struggled with for FAR too long, super simple. And it helped me get a handle on clean eating without it ever once feeling overwhelming. But the most surprising thing to me was that he foods I was eating weren’t just tasty to me and my husband–my kids loved them, too! So, here you go! Below is just one of the meal plans I love to follow to help keep me and my family on point! Do we have pizza night and impromptu beers on a Friday? Um, YES! Because that’s life! And I never want to have to give up the things I love! And the best part is that I don’t HAVE to!
